How it is stored

Form submissions are processed by Netlify, the platform that hosts this website, and delivered to Elder & Sage by email. We keep the information only as long as it is needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.

Sensitive information

Enquiries sometimes include personal details about an older adult’s life or circumstances. We treat all such information as confidential and share it only with the people at Elder & Sage who need it to respond to you.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time to correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email us at hello@elderandsage.ca and we will respond personally.
